Securing stable housing is a cornerstone of our support system. City Living NY helps youth obtain subsidized housing vouchers, assists with apartment searches, and provides ongoing support to prevent eviction. While 1 in 4 former foster youth becomes homeless within three years of leaving care, our program has successfully prevented any of our clients from facing this fate. Since launching, 100% of youth have retained their housing once it was secured.
